A few things to know.

Does anyone need to share a phone number?

No. Members use their school-approved account. Personal phone numbers are not needed for messaging or calls.

Can anyone join with a QR code?

The code lets someone apply. A school administrator must verify and approve them before they can see the group or contact its members.

What can the school see?

Authorised school staff can review messages, photos, videos and call activity for safeguarding. Call activity includes participants, times and duration; call audio and video are not recorded.

How long are records kept?

Your school sets and communicates its retention period. Safeguarding evidence may be preserved separately under its policy.

Is NisabaCircle available to my school?

Not yet. NisabaCircle is not publicly available, and it is not in the app stores. We are opening it to schools in stages: send the request below and we will reply at the address you give once access opens for your school.
